硫酸盐镀锌长处是电流效率高达100%,堆积速率快,这是其他镀锌工艺无与伦比的。因为镀层结晶不行细致,涣散才能与深镀才能较差,因而只适于几何形状简单的管材与线材等电镀。硫酸盐电镀锌铁合金工艺对传统的硫酸盐镀锌工艺进行优化,只保留了主盐硫酸锌,其余组分均放弃。在组成新工艺配方中又参加适量铁盐,使原来的单金属镀层构成锌铁合金镀层。工艺的重组,不仅发扬了原工艺电流效率高、堆积速率快的长处,还使涣散才能与深镀才能得到很大改善,曩昔杂乱件不能镀,现在简单与杂乱件都能镀,并且防护功能比单金属提高3~5倍。出产实践证明,用于线材、管材的接连电镀,镀层晶粒比原来的更细化、更亮光,堆积速率快。2~3min内镀层厚度达到要求。

镀锌管采用硫酸盐电镀锌铁合金工艺,在于出产线槽与槽间均穿孔直通而溶液无任何带出或溢流。出产过程各工序由循环系统组成,各槽溶液即酸碱液、电镀液、出光与钝化液等,只循环回用不向系统外渗漏或排放,出产线只设5个清洗槽,采用循环回用定时排放,特别是钝化后不清洗的无废水发生的出产工艺。
