Analysis of shear process of channel steel
1. Process reason
When the cooling rate of the channel steel reaches 600000 T / A, the cooling rate of the channel steel is very low, so the cooling rate of the channel steel can reach 600000 T / A
Burr, tear and other defects have a great impact on the life of the cutting edge.
2. Reason for design of shear blade
The design of channel steel shear blade is based on the pass shape of channel steel scrap, as shown in Figure 1 (taking 100 ᦇ channel steel as an example). This design is easy to present the following problems in the process of shearing: first, the two shoulders of channel steel are relatively thick compared with other local parts, and the required shear force is larger, and the shear blade is worn quickly. After the shear blade is used for a period of time, the shear blade will wear out quickly. The second reason is that the two legs of channel steel are compared with the waist due to the influence of shear angle, and when the shear blade is worn, it is easy to collapse the shoulder,
When cutting the two legs, the shearing quality becomes smaller, and the leg shearing is changed from normal cutting to tearing, and the end face of channel steel leg is easy to show burr; thirdly, the leg slope of upper and lower shear blade is fundamentally different from the channel steel scrap pass, so that the leg is subjected to force at the same time,
On the one hand, the leg end of the shear indentation is serious, on the other hand, after the shear blade aging, it is easy to show the phenomenon of local tearing and burr of channel steel. The last two points are the main reasons that affect the shear quality of channel steel.
